Natural Gourmet Award

i was recently informed that the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, where i did my chef's training, will be honoring me (along with Marion Nestle) with their newly-created "Natural Gourmet Award" during its upcoming 30th anniversary celebration in November. this award was created to honor those who serve as catalysts in furthering the acknowledgment of and education about health-supportive cuisine and its importance in our lives.

The Natural Gourmet was founded in 1977 by one of my mentors, Dr. Annemarie Colbin.
