If I hadn't just hit the natural food store for mint pesto and shrimp, I'd have made this. But now I've got something on the menu for Thursday.

I've always found parchment or fish in a bag to lack zing, so I usually add zest or vinegar or a heap of cayenne. Or you know...all of the above. Ah, just noticed the crunk version. Can't wait.
